Vattenfall is Europe’s fifth largest electricity generator and the largest producer of heat. We work in all parts of the electricity value chain from power generation to electricity sales. Up until now, we have mainly worked in the Nordic countries, Poland
and Germany.
Our strategic focus is “making electricity clean”. These are three powerful words that express our promise to customers and society, our commitment, and the primary focus of our operations.
Our vision is to become one hundred percent climate-neutral by increasing electricity generation from renewable energy and eliminating the emission of greenhouse gases from our other operations.
